Accessing What Doesn’t Change
A Signature Workshop for Men Under Pressure
90 minutes | Virtual & In-Person
This experiential workshop helps men access depth, connection, and steadiness within themselves that helps them remain present, spacious and wise under extreme pressure - what I call "What Doesn't Change."
Through somatic practice, personal reflection, and pressure training exercises, you'll learn to:
âśµ Recognize your reactive patterns under stress before they take over
âśµ Access your steady center when external circumstances are chaotic
âśµ Shift from overwhelm to presence in real-time
âśµ Build capacity for intensity without numbing or exploding
âśµ Lead from groundedness rather than reactivityWHAT HAPPENS
This isn't a lecture. It's a practice session.
Somatic Awareness - Learn to read your nervous system's signals before you're hijacked by reactivity
Pressure Training - Qi gong-based exercises that build capacity to stay present when intensity rises
Personal Reflection - Identify your specific patterns under pressure and what steadiness feels like in your body
Practical Integration - Leave with tools you can use immediately in high-stakes situations
You'll walk away with embodied experience of what it feels like to access steadiness under pressure - not just an idea of it.
WHO IT’S FOR
This workshop is designed for:
Leaders navigating uncertainty and high-stakes decisions
Entrepreneurs building under pressure while managing everything else
Fathers wanting to stay present when family life gets intense
Men in transition facing major life changes or challenges
Anyone who wants to stop being jerked around by their nervous system
You don't need prior experience with somatic work or men's work. You just need to be willing to practice.

WHY ORGANIZATIONS BRING ME INThe Challenge:
Your leaders are competent, driven, and capable. They're also maxed out. Under pressure, they become reactive - short with their teams, unable to think clearly, or disconnected from their people. Performance suffers. Culture suffers. Personal relationships suffer. Retention suffers. The Gap:
Most leadership development focuses on strategy, communication, or emotional intelligence. But none of that matters when someone's nervous system is hijacked by stress, fear, or burnout. You can't think your way into presence. What This Provides:
Practical, embodied tools for accessing steadiness under pressure. Your leaders learn to recognize reactivity early, stay grounded during chaos, and lead from clarity rather than fear. This isn't soft skills training. It's nervous system mastery for high-performance environments.
WHAT ORGANIZATIONS SAY"We brought Sean in for our leadership team during a particularly intense quarter. The tools he taught became part of our daily practice. Three months later, we're navigating the same pressure with completely different results."
— Tech Startup Founder, Seattle"This isn't the typical corporate wellness workshop. Sean works at a level that actually creates change. Our team left with practical tools they still use six months later."
— Aaron S., Not-for-profit Executive Director"As a men’s leadership development organization, we've hosted many facilitators. Sean brings a rare combination of depth and accessibility. He meets men where they are and takes them somewhere real."

Do you want to become more trustable?
Do you want to live into your purpose, from the very center of your being?
Are you on path, but want more connection, community, feedback to help you grow?
Do you want to co-create a space where you feel safe to do your own work with other men doing their own work?
Are you part of a men's group, and want to learn practices to deepen with them?
Are you as exhausted and stretched thin as the rest of us?
Are you tapped, on edge, wanting more of this, less of that?
Show up to this group and you will discover more of who you are, who you're meant to be, and trust who you see when you look in the mirror.
I've participated in dozens of men's groups over the last decade, and have learned a lot of amazing practices that I'd love to share with you—practices that will help you land in your body, show up in your relationships in a more solid way, and free up your awareness from distraction, and toward spaciousness.
This group is for men [and those conditioned as male] interested in cultivating personal depth, capacity for discomfort, deeper self-awareness, relational up-leveling, community-building, flow state; as well as honesty, clarity, kindness, humility, and other traits you want to pay forward.
There are few more important things that a man can do with his time than to gather with other men to practice integrity, self-responsibility, accountability, seeing and hearing others, and being seen and heard by others.
Something unique happens when men gather with the intention to be real and authentic with each other: we get to remove our masks, lay down the armor and the strategies and the stories, and touch into something deep and true within.
You connect to who you are, what you’re capable of, and your ability to choose your path in each moment of your life.
