You know you need to end it.

What Changes
You stop reacting from fear and start responding from ground.
You stay present in conversations that used to make you shut down or blow up.
You feel the full range without drowning in it—intensity without overwhelm.
You access what's solid in you when the pressure's on and everything's chaotic.
You show up as the husband, father, and leader you know you can be.
This isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about building capacity for what's coming by connecting to what’s been here all along.
Where This Comes From / why I do this
Fourteen years commercial fishing in Alaska taught me what steadiness looks like under pressure. Equipment breaking in storms. Crew exhausted beyond what you think is possible. Making life/death decisions without time to think.
You either find what's solid in you or you don't make it.
Now I'm navigating fatherhood, marriage, business, life in the 2020s. I practice what I guide others through—somatic awareness, relational vitality, staying present when I'd rather check out.
But I’m not the expert on you. You are.
My work is simply to help guide you toward your own intuition, inner wisdom, and center.
Together, we’ll work with whatever shows up in the way.
The steadiness we're building isn't about control, or getting to a specific outcome. It's about staying present, grounded, consistent, and trustable when everything is changing.

One Year Container:
Nervous System Mastery
Weekly 1:1 sessions for twelve months.
The depth possible over twelve months is different. Your nervous system doesn't shift overnight—it needs repetition, practice, time to build new pathways. Over a year, the changes become concrete: you don’t just notice that you didn't snap at your kid; you can’t remember the last time you did. .
You stay grounded in conversations that used to send you sideways. You show up as the father and partner you know you can be. You lead from clarity instead of reactivity. The steadiness you access becomes your default, not the exception. You notice how much more space you have when facing pressing deadlines, charged conversations, and hard stuff you didn’t see coming.
The breadth of work over a year lets us integrate these shifts across every domain—leadership, relationships, the transitions you're navigating.
This is for men ready to do the deeper work - at your own pace.

Testimonials
"Sean helped me translate those insights from intellectual thoughts into embodied feelings. I'm more present with my kids than I've ever been."
Eric H., Nike
"Sean serves as a great facilitator during 1:1 sessions as well as group work. While many coaches, guides, and spiritual leaders have wisdom to share, Sean listens first. He strategically picks his places to listen or coach... What is most refreshing to me is Sean comes to this work as a humble servant yet an admired leader."
Matthew E., OpenAI
“I can’t say enough about Sean and the sacred container he provided for me. He helped shift my mindset, build self-agency, and strengthen my relationship with myself. Sean was always a reliable and very wise sounding board, especially when I was at my lowest.
Together, we explored fatherhood, relationships, finances, and foundational routines that I have since implemented into my life.
I will forever appreciate his support and the integrity he brought to our sessions.
Thank you, my brother Sean!”
